Oh February where have you gone???

2010 is speeding by and I am missing it. Where did February go I would like to know. I am now practically only 11 more months closer to turning 30. This can not be happening. Where did my twenties go? Oh yeah I got married and had three kids. I am in my second class with University of Phoenix. I decided to take it SLOW and have a nice three week break between courses. Ashlyn needs her mommy more than I need to rush through school. I helped out at the Farmhouse Boutique a couple of weekends this month. Part of my family got together to remember my dad on the 16th. I still can't believe it has been 6 years. It seems just like yesterday he was here. Brian lost his Great Grandpa this past Friday. He has gone to be with his sweet wife that left this world nine years ago in March. Today we got the privilege to travel up to Camp Verde to witness Brian's Grandma Betty get baptized. Ashlyn is now 6 months old. Yeah this one is crazy since now she will be a year old in just another short six months. She is such a sweet baby and we are so lucky that Heavenly Father has given us the opportunity to be in her life. We saw some great friends, Brian worked on some changes to our home. All great improvements. I am sure this month has brought other fun, crazy, and memory filled things, but I can't think of anymore that are standing out right now. Tomorrow I am starting March off right, I am going to learn how to make jam. Can't wait!!!

A Nice Visit

Today we were lucky to have some old friends come by. They moved to Northern California a few years back and we get to see them once a year. They had a lot of family to see and we are thankful they could come a spend a few hours with us. They got to see Miss Ashlyn for the first time and it was nice to see how big their children have gotten. We wish we could see them more often, and someday we hope to make a drive to their neck of the wood.

What in the World

What are those boys looking at???
My grandma awhile back bought the boys some of the little growing lizards and dinosaur and we put them in some water to see them grow. They should grow by 600% when all done. What is funny is that they keep looking at them expecting them to be big, but it takes 72 hours. So we will have to have a little patience and see what happens.

Eating it Up

Ashlyn is only 5 months but every time we eat she looks at us with longing eyes and just drools. So we decided to start her on some cereal. She was not too sure about it, but seems to be okay now. I love when babies start to eat, I think it is so funny. She sure enjoys making a MESS with the cereal too. I think we will go nude, so I do not have to look through all her laundry for stains too.

Spirit Week- Friday

Friday was School Colors Day. We have not gotten a school t-shirt yet so we had Teagan wear a red shirt with navy blue pants. He was lucky to get to go on a field trip that day to Organ Stop Pizza that day too.

Spirit Week- Thursday

Okay need to finish up this week of spirit week. On Thursday, Teagan had Decades Day. The choice was to dress from the 50's, 60's, 70's, or 80's. I wanted to go hippie, but we did not have any thing to make it work. We went 50's and had Teagan wear a white shirt with jeans rolled up.
