Kinder ready or not she's coming!

Last Monday night was Ashlyn's preschool graduation. Even though I have seen the same graduation twice before it seriously kills me of the cuteness! Ashlyn was adorable of course and she is going to rule the room I am sure in kindergarten. Hope we don't get too many calls of her being miss bossy pants. I love that girl and am so blessed to be able to raise her and be her mommy! She is also going to be one amazing big sister as well!!! I can't wait to spend some special time with all the kids this summer and make next year start off great.
Ready to go!
"Mom let me make a face!" Sass!!!!
Side French braid. Love her hair!!!
Side view
The Little Old Lady Who Swallowed a Fly. Ashlyn played the bird. Teagan took these pics as I was filming.
She's looking at daddy!
Class picture I love the panoramic I don't even know how Teagan took it haha it's cool though!
I think daddy's flash was off. But here's Ashlyn smiling with her preschool diploma. She's off to graduate school haha!

Miss Dawn gets the kids tassels I actually came across Rayles just recently. It's too cute! Ashlyn was super excited about getting to keep hers.

Dairy Field Trip

Last week we were able to go on a field trip with Ashlyn's preschool. We love this field trip. I have been four times with our kids and each time I love seeing all the excitement of what farm animals do to little kids. Ashlyn has been waiting ever so patiently for this event. She had talked about feeding a horse, petting a bunny, and of course seeing cows!!! It was nice because Brian was able to go along as the trip fell on a day off for him. We all had a wonderful time. And I just think man in four or five years I'll get to go again with our newest little Gibson!!!

Love this girl and glad we were able to spend some fun time with her!!!

Coloring

Ashlyn started preschool last week, well the boys started school too. I guess I need to blog about that! Anyways I love Ashlyn's teacher! She is such a wonderful person and so patient with our crazy kiddo! Today there was a coloring page Teagan brought home from school. Ashlyn decided to color it for me, and I seriously am SO impressed with how well she did! She didn't color everything, that girl can't sit still for too long, but what she did color is pretty darn good! Last year in preschool she brought home papers that had the tiniest amount of scribbles on them. I can't wait to see what this year brings, and to see how her coloring improves. I also got some wipe off letter practice thing from Target. She calls it her homework. So cute!!!!!!!

Full Week

This week will start us off into the real swing of things, a full week of school! There will be tears, tantrums, homework, and more I am sure. Not really liking the whole late bus, boys don't get home until 4:50!!! Will have to see how it goes with homework and such. I want them to do it at school, but I know that with them being six and eight that might not be reasonable. But the parent pick up is a NIGHTMARE so really hard for me to go pick them up. Excited for Ashlyn to attend preschool two days a week. She really enjoyed her first day, so I hope it goes just as smoothly the rest of the year. Also need to start thinking about a birthday theme for Ashlyn, as she will be three at the end of the month, SERIOUSLY WHERE DID THE TIME GO ON THAT ONE!!! I just had the girl! I think I might postpone her birthday celebration a month though as it's just too darn HOT!!! The wheels are turning, would LOVE birthday theme ideas!!!

PRESCHOOL Ashlyn

I can't believe Miss Ashlyn is almost 3 and starting preschool. In TWO years she will be off to kindergarten!!! WHAT?!? How crazy time flies. Ashlyn was super excited to go to preschool today, and it was cute to see her and watch how comfortable she was. Right when we walked into the house, she was like "Hello guys, I am here" like they could not start until madame Ashlyn had arrived. It was pretty funny! She had no problem going in and getting into her backpack to show her sharing time item. Also no worries with mommy and daddy leaving. I can't believe she is growing up so quickly! I can't wait to see all that she learns, and HOPEFULLY will want to start potty training soon, as almost all of her 10 classmates are. We will wait and see about that one!

Ashlyn turn at the chalkboard, she was glad I didn't leave her out today. Also how stinken cute is her outfit! Costco $8!

This girl was DETERMINED to get to school! I was not able to get a front view because she was in a hurry!!!

Ashlyn and Mrs. Spier! Love Dawn!!!
After preschool was over! I love how she is looking for us!
All smiles, she seemed to have a good day. LOOK at all the boys, she will have no problems keeping them all in check!
Ashlyn is super excited to go back to preschool next week!!!

The boys rode the bus to school this morning and just a bit about it. We got there WAY early like almost 20 minutes early, but I guess better early than late and miss the bus. Rayle told me I better not come to school and take MORE pictures, what a booger! I hope they were good on the bus, they don't get home until 4:51 so not sure if they were yet. They are gone a LONG time, but it will save money on gas. I just hope they do their homework at school before getting on the bus like I want them too. We will see how it goes.

Rayle before the bus came!

Teagan before the bus came.

A Little Bit Of Ashlyn

She has been talking up a storm lately ... FINALLY!!! Tonight I asked her, "Ashlyn what kind of birthday do you want?" Her responses, "I want presents!" Not even 3 and she already knows what to expect. Seriously this girl is going to give us a run for our money like no other! Tomorrow we go and meet her preschool teacher. I have been telling her the name of her teacher and she has get to repeat it. After dinner she thought it was time to go and insisted, " I go to Mrs. Spier's." She is excited to start preschool, and I am excited for her to learn lots of new things! I hope tomorrow goes well and her first day is Thursday, let's pray for no tears!!!
